Stefano TorrioneStefano Torrione was born in Aosta in 1962. He has gained his experience in photojournalism.

The most important step of his activity as a photographer was his contribution to the magazine Epoca from 1992 to 1997, which led him to the Panorama European Kodak Award in 1994 in Arles for his reportage on the street children of Bucharest.

He got more and more interested in geographical and ethnographical reportage and has travelled and worked in many countries around the world for Italian and foreign travel magazines. 
He published several books on Aosta Valley and his work was exhibited all around Italy. He lives between Milan and Saint Pierre.
